We start with Mezcal Artesanal Joven Agave Angustifolio (Espadin) and then add just the right about of Mezcal Aejo Tequilana (Maguey Azul) to make a truly unique and original spirit. The latter mezcal has been aged in oak cabernet barrels for one year. We took this distinctive blending approach because we found that in most aged mezcal the wood elements often
