Prussia, Kingdom. A General Honour Cross, C.1910 Buy Now Toronto Naval(Kreuz des Allgemeinen Ehrenzeichens). Instituted 27 January 1900 by Kaiser Wilhelm II. (1900 1918 issue). Constructed of silver and Gold, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse with a central Gold medallion bearing a raised monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm I above a date of 1900, the reverse with an analogous Gold medallion bearing a raised inscription of VERDIENST UM DEN STAAT (SERVICE TO THE
