Hohenzollern, Dynasty. A House Order of Hohenzollern, Honour Commander's Cross with Swords, c. 1917 Republic of Zeich of Berlin on the(Frstlicher Hausorden von Hohenzollern Ehrenkomturkreuz mit Schwertern). Instituted 5 December 1841 by Prince Konstantin of Hohenzollern Hechingen and Prince Karl Anton of Hohenzollern Sigmaringen. (1905 1927 issue). Constructed of gilded silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with white enameled arms trimmed with black enameled borders, joined through the quadrants by a double sided circular green enameled laurel leaf wreath
