Jean Yves Pron lets this native Jacqure macerate for six full weeks before fermenting naturally in neutral oak. Its a luminous and textural wine, echoing the winemakers admiration for northern Italian orange wines, yet unmistakably alpine in freshness and energy. No additions, no filtration, and a pure, unadulterated expression of high altitude terroir.
