Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a black enameled Cross Patte, topped by an Austro Hungarian flag, overlaid by a central monoplane in mid flight, the reverse with a clip hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 42 mm (w) x 32 mm (h), in
