Constructed of off white paper stock with multi coloured ink, the obverse bearing a typewritten name of FRULEIN LINA SCHUBERTH, issued from Kulmbach on 1 May 1924, identifying Schuberth as member 1022 of the Vlkische Not und Kampf gemeinschaft Kulmbach, topped by a swastika, certified by the handwritten signature of an unidentified organization official, pasted with an English language
