Germany, Luftwaffe. A Zerstörergeschwader 26 “Horst Wessel” Officer’s Cuff Title Newly Listed and desiccation of the sweatband(Luftwaffe rmelband Horst Wessel fr Offiziere). Constructed of dark blue wool, the exterior bearing a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire inscription of GESCHWADER HORST WESSEL in Fraktur script, unmarked, measuring 165 mm (w) x 34 mm (h) as presented, material fatigue is evident to the wool and includes some mothing, in uniform removed and overall very fine condition.
