Of French manufacture, in silver gilt with red enameled arms, obverse and reverse centre hand painted, crossed swords affixed by prongs, hallmarked with double stamped inverted eagles head on ball suspension as well as makers marked on ring, measuring 36 mm (w) x 42 mm (h inclusive of horizontally pierced ball suspension), swords slightly bent, otherwise very fine.
