It is constructed of cardstock, with a golden embossed national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika on the obverse; measuring 358 mm x 251 mm; one small rip on the bottom edge on the obverse, and a small rip on the bottom of the spine; light discolouration from age; better than very fine condition.
