This single malt Irish whiskey from the fine folks at Hibernia Distillers was named in his honor, a celebration of Irish independence. The spirit was triple distilled in Coffey stills. This bottling was matured in ex bourbon barrels for ten years before being finished in Olorosso Sherry Casks, resulting in a lovely mature Irish style whiskey with a very smooth finish and notes of Caramel, peach, and
