Germany, Third Reich. A 1936 Saar Reunification Event Plaque Hold functional metal zippers(Saarland Wiedervereinigung Plakette). Constructed of silvered bronze, with three holes for attachment, the obverse with an inscription of LEIBERTREFFEN UND SAARBEFREIUNGSFEIER HOMBURG SAAR (MEETING AND SAAR LIBERATION CELEBRATION HOMBURG SAAR), topped by a date of 1936 and a Stahlhelm, above a number 25, a mobile swastika, and hands breaking a chain, the reverse plain, unmarked, measuring 37 mm (w) x 66 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
