Foradori, Fontanasanta Nosiola 2021, Vigneti Delle Dolomiti, Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy What the Flor Variety / Blend - MalbecNosiola is a local varietal to Trentino, ancient and perfectly suited to poor soils and mountain climate. Traditionally it was always fermented on skins, ie treated like a red grape. Foradori has revived this way of making Nosiola, fermenting and keeping the wine on skins in terra cotta amphora for eight months.
