This is a very interesting German Shooting Club Wooden target with a lovely Stag illustration in the center. We have seen similar examples before, used as signs for shooting clubs, however this example was used as a target for the competition itself! It has a very nice inscription around an inlaid circle of lighter wood, which reads: Ehren Scheibe 1. komp. E. Batl. 26 15. 7. 36. bester Schu: Schtze Adam The basic
