Three Leaves, Delicate and Poetic Feeling Small Photogram/Photograph cross alter I am not 100% certain

I am not 100% certain the maker of this piece

4 1/2"  x7 1/8" inches

and some orange-yellow paint on the rear

It's done on a grey paper mounted to board and dated 5/74

and from what I've found online

Such was the case at the Boston Antiquarian Book Fair last week, so many wonderful things. I came home with a handful of photos that I found too perfect in one way or another to walk away from. My disposition is toward images I myself would like to live with and think I would never tire of
