Charming Handmade Miniature Library! monogrammed tool I didn't know this was

I didn't know this was Art Deco era Napier when I found it--I just thought it was great

I'm so curious about the story behind this--whether someone or some ones made these to support the war effort

but it remains in great structural shape and I think all the more beautiful for the wear

I’m thinking it is a strawberry this happy guy has on his head

I believe this one dates from the 1830s-1850s

I cant quite figure out what the one with stylized writing on the front is meant to sayif you can decipher it, let me know!
