NV Garage Wine Co. Old Vine Field Blend Cosecha Especial - Single Ferment Series Non Restock and textureTaste: Bright and vibrant on the palate, the wine opens with aromas of rose petal, wild blueberry, and red cherry, intertwined with baking spice, fresh earth, and a touch of leather. The texture is supple yet lively, carrying the lifted fruit and spice through a core of fine, natural tannin. The old vine depth and Solera method bring an added dimensiona layering of freshness and maturity. The finish is long and savory, marked by red and blue fruit
