I have long admired these sorts of tiles-- produced in the 18th and 19th century during the Qajar period in Persia--which very frequently feature hunters on horses like this one
They are stamped at the base of their sides with a prominent M (which led me to believe these might be the work of Warren McKenzie
with a few very minor surface chips
I had thought it was Chinese
