Antique Cased Daguerreotype victorian hair momento The plate shows some scuffsI couldn't resist this one for the expression of this girl's face, which looks like a a sort of relaxed contentment to me, and for the Biedermeier type china doll that rests in the crook of her arm, and for the play of hands encircling that doll, which looks to included the paw of a dog resting on her calf! I love her ringlets as well, and the matching fabric on the dresses of mother and daughter. One can also see a good bit of the patterning on the
