Holy Companions, Sweet Pair of Antique Carved Santos Figures cast pewter of the work of DutchI found these two together, and think nice to keep them in companionship. Based on the manner of the carving, I believe they are likely Puerto Rican, early 20th century. The paint has aged and eroded in quite a wonderful, almost miraculous feeling way, especially the color on his robe, showing a combination of baby blue and a verdigris sort of green, as well as bare wood in spots. And she feels as quietly pious and faith full as it gets. A sweet and
