I know this puppet was created as part of as group of handmade Punch and Judy puppets to represents the "Neighbor" character; funnily enough, I think he looks a little like Jim Nabors, too, but even more so like Jim Broadbent! Really a wonderfully expressive guy, with huge red mouth, super bushy eyebrows and furrowed brown, and with arms that were made in. quite a wonky way, one higher than than the other.
