Lovely walnut full stock with all brass engraved mounts including three ramrod pipes holding the original steel button head ramrod

It does have some minor staining in the surfaces a lot of which could come out with a little work

Several thousand were imported during the mid-1950s

It has early 1863 production numbers so it likely was carried by Whittelsey for over a year of service
