This is an exceptionally nice and honest bone handled 23 inch long Naval Officer's dirk with an 18 inch curved blade. The brass hilt culminating in a brass Lion's Head Pommel. Attached and secured to the cross guard is the Official Campaign Medal in Solid Silver for the FIRST ANGLO BURMA War, clearly having been awarded to this Officer for his participation. The war broke out in 1824 with the Burmese Commander in
