It is a weighted tartan plaid wool. It is a kilt style with belted buckle closures. There is no size tag but based off actual measurements I believe it is a size small. Please go of actual measurementes to confirm an accurate fit. It is in great vintage condition overall but it is missing one belt. See pics.
