We have (buoy wind on markers) at different areas on our buoy spool that we attach this swordfish buoy float to. This float has a longline clip at the bottom for attaching. Most times when a swordfish has eaten the bait on the buoy rod, the buoy will lay flat on the surface. The sword flag located at the top will be your bite indicator
