2019 Finca Parera Vermell Litrona Xarel.lo, Penedès, Spain South Africa The Vie Caprice vineyard isBiodynamically grown young estate grafted vines of Xarello Vermell with 54 year old vines of regular white Xarello at an elevation of 400m. Hand harvested, destemmed, with spontaneous fermentation on the skins in cement vats. Aging continues in the same cement vat together with the fine lees until summer 2020, before bottling without fining, filtering or SO2. This is a first for Ruben at Finca Parera and we are so excited to have these wines
