This Stanchion Ratchet Block is ideal for removing some of the loadings for the crew when furling in the jib. The ratchet means that the sheave can be locked in place in one direction offering a friction brake against the pull of the sail. It is quick and simple to fit onto a standard 25mm (1) guard rail stanchion. Adjustment is easy with the stainless steel clamping ring which allows
